best with ripe summer peaches from the farmer’s market – I discovered this recipe one summer when an Alabama farmer got in the habit of bringing me a free full basket of peaches each week

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbspn honey
- 2 tbspn Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbspn apple cider vinegar
- 3 dashes of chili powder
- squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- canola oil
- kosher salt
- pepper
Directions
Heat canola oil in a pan until hot. Add chopped onions and sauté until tender and translucent. Add garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant (you’ll know!). Add peaches and cook until tender. Add on top of grilled chicken, pork . . . lots of options.
