one of my husband and i’s favorite places in all the carolinas is his parent’s lake house. whenever we have a big group of friends there, his mom usually prepares this dish. i’ve lost count of how many times she’s been asked for the recipe.

Instructions
- 5 skinned and halved chicken breasts
- 1 tbspn garlic powder
- 1 tbspn onion powder
- 1 tbspn dried thyme
- 1 tbspn dried oregano
- 1 tbpn paprika
- 1 tbpn dried tarragon
- 1 tbpn ground nutmeg
- 1tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
Directions
Combine the chicken and all ingredients in a large ziplock bag. Marinate in the fridge for 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Grill the marinated chicken breasts over medium high heat for about 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
